REFLEKT Trust Center

Private by default.
Observable by design.

Trust is not a mood or a single privacy sentence. It is a set of product boundaries users can see, understand, and control.

Nothing is shared merely because someone is connected.Export and deletion are never paywalled.Wellness context is not diagnosis or medical care.Children never become public content profiles.

Sharing choices

Connection is not consent.

Before anything is shared, you should know who will receive it, exactly what they will see, and how to stop future access. Every choice starts off.

Your information

Keep only what serves you.

REFLEKT asks only for information needed to provide the experience you choose. Privacy controls do not require a subscription.

Collect

You provide the context

REFLEKT does not secretly infer pregnancy, fertility status, or support needs from unrelated activity.

Use

Only for your experience

Your wellness entries are not used to build advertising profiles or public examples.

Control

Export and delete

You can request a copy or deletion of your information and review who has access. These controls are never premium benefits.

Wellness boundary

  • No diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, or emergency routing.
  • No claim that a cycle estimate confirms ovulation, fertility, or pregnancy.
  • No fruit-size comparisons or anxiety-inducing fetal scoring.
  • Appointment preparation helps organize a user’s own questions.

When care matters

REFLEKT is not a replacement for a clinician. People with urgent symptoms, safety concerns, or thoughts of self-harm should contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Child and family safety

A family archive,
not a child data market.

The Family chapter is built around parent-controlled privacy and long-term dignity.

Always excluded

No ads or public child profiles.

No child-location products, face-recognition marketing, attention feed, or use of private family media as a sample without separate explicit permission.

Always controlled

Private invitations only.

Parent-controlled contributors, bounded access, explicit reveal, portable export, deletion, and clear retention are part of the product contract.

Different experiences, different storage

Your data, explained.

On this device

The anonymous First Page preview, check-in, and Memory Prompt Studio do not create an account. Local drafts are not an online backup. Clearing browser storage or losing this device can remove them.

Keep your original photos and a separate copy of words you want to keep.

Saved to your account

My Memory Line uses sign-in and explicit storage consent. Saved projects and selected photos are stored online so you can reopen them from another device. Authorized operators can access submitted orders for fulfillment.

You can delete an unused draft from the workspace. A complete workspace export is not currently offered; keep your original files and your own copy of the text.

Open your workspace

Early-access updates

The updates form stores your email, chapter, interest, and consent record. It does not include check-in answers or memories.

After signing up, the form provides controls to export or remove that interest record. These controls do not export a memory project or a mobile account.

What happens if Reflekt closes?

Do not rely on Reflekt as the only copy of an important memory. There is currently no published service-closure transfer or guaranteed notice period. Keep your original media and a separate copy of your writing. We will not describe planned export or continuity features as protections you can already use.

Does private mean only I can decrypt it?

No end-to-end encryption claim is made here. Local previews and online storage are different. Authorized operators may access submitted memories for fulfillment, as described in the privacy policy.

What about deleting an order?

Eligible private memory files can be deleted after an order is delivered, canceled, expired, or refunded. Transaction records may still be retained for accounting and disputes. Deleting a draft is not the same as deleting an order record.
