Your First Page

You make your First Page yourself in your browser from up to four photos and your own words. You check watermarked previews and approve the page yourself. After payment, your browser creates the final files without the watermark. No person at REFLEKT and no AI receives or reviews your photos, words, handwritten notes, answers or page files. No account is required.

The price is $12, or $10.80 with WELCOME10 on a first order. That is the total, with no shipping or added tax. Stripe processes the payment. First Page orders need a US billing address. A payment with a billing address outside the United States is refunded automatically.

Keep your files

Your draft and page stay in this browser on your device. Free edits and downloads last 7 days from payment, on the same device and browser. Download your files and keep your own copies. Clearing browser data, losing the device or changing browsers removes the local draft, and REFLEKT cannot restore it. You can delete the draft yourself at any time. Expired drafts are removed the next time the editor opens.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your First Page, email support@withreflekt.com within 14 days of payment with your order code, and we will refund you in full. No questions asked. A full refund cancels the book credit from that order. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Plus $12 off your first REFLEKT book. Starts when books open and lasts 90 days. We will email you when books open. Promotional, no cash value, not transferable, canceled by a full refund or dispute.

One bonus per customer email, including a discounted First Page. Buying another First Page does not add a bonus or restart the 90 days.

Gifts

The recipient's name and your gift note stay on your device. You download and share the files yourself. We never ask for a recipient's email.

Your photos and words

Your photos and words belong to you. Use only photos and words you have the right to use. Because REFLEKT never receives your page, we never use it in ads, samples or AI training.

What we keep

For each order we keep your email, Stripe payment references, the amount, dates, download access and book credit status. We keep these records for 7 years after the last update for tax and accounting, then delete them. Your photos, words, answers and page files are never sent to REFLEKT or Stripe, and never appear in receipts, logs or analytics.

Stripe processes payments and Resend sends receipts and update emails, each under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare hosts the site and sets a short security cookie to block automated traffic. Signing in to an earlier account uses a login cookie. The private editor has no third-party tags. If you dictate with your keyboard, your device's dictation provider may process it under its own settings.

Marketing measurement

We measure ads, not memories.

On public marketing pages only (home, Memory Line, Shop, product and About pages), REFLEKT uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Meta's measurement tag to learn which posts and ads bring visitors and checkouts. Meta's measurement tag may set its own cookies, including _fbp, on these public marketing pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies for analytics; Cloudflare's separate security cookie is described above. Pinterest and Google measurement tags are not currently enabled. These tags never load on the private self-serve First Page editor, pregnancy, postpartum, cycle, partner, app, account, order, proof or gift redemption pages. They do not receive your photos, memories, answers, email address or order details, and automatic form capture is turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of these tags load.

We do not sell your email or order details. If you join launch updates, we store your email, your choices and your consent, and every update email has an unsubscribe link. To ask for a copy of your order records, or to delete records we are not required to keep, email support@withreflekt.com. REFLEKT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Printed products

Printed copies and books are not on sale yet. Their delivery, returns and privacy terms will be published here before they are. A print will need your explicit consent before we send the finished page and your shipping details to our print partner. Your original photos are never sent.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we will update the date below. The terms in place when you paid apply to that order. New Jersey law governs these terms. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live.
