When available, Memory Prints are expected to require 2 to 3 business days for production, followed by 2 to 5 business days in standard transit. Books are expected to require 4 to 5 business days for printing and binding before carrier transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

REFLEKT remains your seller and support contact. A specialist print provider receives only the approved file and delivery information needed to fulfill your order.

Returns & corrections

Resolve the product, not the customer’s private story.

Digital and printed Memory Line products include one factual or presentation correction before approval. A personalized product cannot enter production until the customer approves the exact proof.

Report transit damage or a production defect within 14 days of delivery. Include the order code and clear photographs of the item and packaging. REFLEKT responds within two business days and provides one no cost replacement when damage or a manufacturing defect is verified.

REFLEKT will reprint or refund an item that differs from the approved proof. A customer approved spelling, image, or layout choice is not a manufacturing defect. Refund confirmation is sent after the payment provider completes the refund.

My Memory Line accounts use ChatGPT sign-in. REFLEKT receives a site-specific account identifier and email address to protect access to saved projects. Saved drafts, photos and words are stored on our servers until you delete the project; unlike the anonymous preview, they can be opened on another device. Authorized REFLEKT operators can access submitted orders for fulfillment. Drafts are not sent to a printer or used in advertising. You can delete an unused draft from your workspace.

Keepsake privacy

Your private story is not payment data.

REFLEKT uses the memory and media you select to prepare your keepsake. The payment provider receives payment, tax, and delivery details, but not your memory text or original photo. A print provider receives only the final file you approve and the delivery information needed for your order.

After an order is delivered, canceled, expired, or refunded, you can delete eligible memory files separately from transaction records REFLEKT must retain for accounting and disputes.
